Head of School | MECHA INMAN

Mecha Inman joined the SEED DC community in 2007 and served as the Director of Enrollment Management for almost nine years. Before re-joining SEED DC as Head of School, Mecha served as the Chief Family and Community Officer at Achievement Prep’s Network Office, located in Ward 8. Mecha has a master’s in education from Regent University and has spent the past two decades working with and for students around the DMV area. She served as the Director of Admissions at Sandy Spring Friends School in Sandy Spring, Maryland, and as the Program Coordinator and Parent Liaison for The Baraka School, a program in Kenya that served middle school-aged young men from Baltimore City. Mecha earned her bachelor's degree in American Studies with a minor in African-American Studies from Williams College.
