JANET GORIS, HR MANAGER

Janet Goris serves as the HR Manager at The SEED Foundation, where she oversees employee relations, compliance, workplace investigations, benefits administration, recruiting, and HR operations. She partners closely with leadership and staff to support organizational goals while helping maintain consistent and people-centered HR practices.

Janet brings progressive human resources experience across nonprofit, education, healthcare, and corporate environments, with expertise in employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, investigations, and HR operations. Prior to joining The SEED Foundation, she held HR roles supporting multi-state organizations and remote workforces, with a strong focus on building effective processes and supporting employees throughout their careers.

She is especially passionate about employee relations, compliance, and creating processes that help organizations operate more effectively while supporting employees throughout their careers. Outside of work, Janet enjoys reading and true crime.
