Dear XX,

As you know, I am a big supporter of The SEED School of Miami. I’m emailing today because Thursday, November 16 is Give Miami Day, the biggest local giving day of the year for Miami nonprofits. I’m hoping you’ll join me in supporting SEED Miami students, staff, and their incredible work by donating here on November 16!

The SEED School of Miami is the first public, college-preparatory, public boarding school for South Florida students and the third of its kind in the nation. SEED Miami, a tuition-free public charter school, empowers its students to achieve their full potential with our 24-hour learning environment and exposure opportunities, including robotics competitions, theatre tickets, and college tours.  You can learn more about SEED Miami by watching a brief video here.  It's an historic year for SEED Miami!  They recently welcomed their fourth class of 6th graders to campus with a record number of enrolled students, and opened the doors of their high school to our founding scholars in the Class of 2021.  Most notably, they spent the summer months relocating onto their new--and permanent--campus located in Opa Locka.

Nationally, SEED has produced incredible educational outcomes for its students. Eighty percent of SEED graduates are first-generation college-bound, yet 94% of them have enrolled in college, and they earn bachelor’s degrees at 3.5x the rate of low income, first-generation college students nationwide.

Again, the easy link to give on November 16 is here.  Thank you so much for your support. It means a lot to us.
