Sabrina Brown joined The SEED Foundation team in 2018 as the Human Resources Generalist. With over a decade of HR experience in both the private and non-profit sectors, Sabrina’s wide-ranging experience includes recruiting, employee relations, performance management, policy design and benefits administration.
Throughout her career, Sabrina has been passionate about cultivating positive organizational culture through innovative and strategic HR initiatives. Prior to SEED, Sabrina held Human Resources management positions within the Facility Services division of ARAMARK and with International Lifeline Fund, a D.C., based NGO. Sabrina is a graduate of The State University of New York at Binghamton where she majored in Philosophy, Politics and Law (PPL) an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts program. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and is an adventurous traveler, having recently trekked a glacier in Iceland and zip-lined through the rain forest in Costa Rica.
